| Where the Gîte is situated | 
MAPThe Gîte "Lou Sourel" is situated in the mid-mountain range of the Cévennes (600 m) at : - 1 h 30 from Montpellier, - 1 h 15 from Nîmes, - 50 mn from Alès, - 35 mn from Anduze (Gard) and from Florac (Lozère) - 20 mn from Saint Jean du Gard | The hamlet of "Saint-Roman-de-Tousque"
(about 100 permanent residents) is part of the Commune of "Moissac-Vallée-Française"(about 300 inhabitants) wich extends as far on the lower end of the "Vallée Française". Our Commune is situated exactly at the beginning of the National Park of the Cévennes. |

| Rubbish Disposal | At the bottom of the small road wich leads to our parking spot are two green rubbish containers wich are for household rubbish. (Please ensure bags are securely closed) | GLASS, PACKAGING PAPER At the eastern end of the village : from our car-park go down the road by the rubbish bins, turn right, and go up the old road as far as the hair-pin bend (200 m) |
| Architecture | A house of character, made entirely of
the local schist. It is built on the ridge with an exceptional view towards both the Vallée Borgne and the Vallée Française | The house is semi-detached but the entrance and the terrasse are completely independant from the owners house. |

| Household Equipment | A reminder of the Renting Agreement "Cleaning
the gîte is the responsibility of the guests during their stay and before
they leave". Please leave the gite in the same state of cleanliness as at your arrival. Cleaning materials and a vacuum-cleaner are at your disposal for the rest of the cleaning (lavatory, shower sinks, etc.). Pleasen let us know if there is any problem. | Those renting the gite can choose not to be responsible for cleaning the gîte before they leave. In this case they need to pay an extra 50 € to cover the cost of cleaning the gîte. If the gîte is left in an unclean state, 50 m² of the deposit will be deducted to cover the cleaning costs. |
